The network and security upgrades over the weekend (8/29 to 8/30) was relatively uneventful. However, we do have users that may or may not have issues with WiFi. Faculty and staff with assigned university computers will need the trinity (Eduroam, Sentinel One, and OnGuard) to get access to any network resources.

For SCU registered students, you will only need Eduroam and an approved antivirus applicaation. While OnGuard is not required, users having issues should consult and contact the main IT service desk at 408-554-5700 or techdesk@scu.edu. A recommend quick, but not guaranteed fix is to install OnGuard on your computer.
