I need to generate a bypass code for DUO. What is the procedure for that task?
Life happens. You lose your mobile phone or misplace it. SCU IT main help desk can help.
If you have misplaced your phone and/or simply forgot your phone at home, then we recommend the following:
1) Contact the main IT service desk at 408-554-5700. They can generate a bypass code over the phone after verifying that you are an SCU student or employee.
2) If you can access your personal contact email that you provided to HR or Office of Registrar in Work Day, then use this link,
