Examplify displaying warning that an ARM processor is present when Intel process is reported by the current Windows OS

Warning
If you have an 12th Generation Intel Arm-based processor running Windows 10 to Windows 11 21H2 or 24H2, then you will run into launch issues and/or upload issues.
Examplify will warn you, stating minimum system requirements not met as Examplify does not work on an Arm processor, even the processor listed on your current Windows OS is Intel.
The operating system is not able to get the device information (System information is blank or gives an error) so Examplify is not able to check the Minimum System Requirements. Contact Examsoft support immediately for help.

Sometimes the version of Examplify (current is 3.7.2) gives you the option to continue, then select the continue button. Examsoft has set their minimum requirements for Examplify so make sure your laptop meets these requirements for the state bar exam.

In the event that Examplify allows you to continue and take your exam, you may still have an error that comes up at the end when submitting your exam. Then you want to restart your computer to have Examplify attempt to automatically upload the exam answer files again. You may have to do a manual upload to Examsoft portal to submit your exams. You will then need to perform an uninstall of Examplify and then download the installer from SCU LAW Examsoft portal and run the installer to reinstall Examplify.
